Issue in iPadOS 17.7.7 affects CleanPilot GO
We would like to inform you that an issue in iPadOS 17.7.7 causes CleanPilot GO (Cleaner) and GO Manager (Manager) on older iPads (iPad Pro 12.9-inch 2nd generation, iPad Pro 10.5-inch, and iPad 6th generation) to lose access to necessary settings (preferences). This results in users being unable to log in to the app after the update.
We therefore recommend avoiding updating to iPadOS 17.7.7 for the time being.
If the IT department in your organization manages updates (MDM solution), it is advisable to inform the IT department about the issue so that they do not update iOS until the problem has been fixed by Apple.
This is an issue that has affected a number of apps, and we, along with others, are in dialogue with Apple regarding the problem. So far, no estimated time for a fix has been provided.
