The Norwegian investment company Driv Kapital is joining as a new growth partner in Datec AS, the company behind CleanPilot. With Driv Kapital on board, Datec gains a stronger capital base and a broader network to further develop CleanPilot and strengthen its position in the Nordic market for digital cleaning.
For more than 30 years, Datec has built cleaning solutions and grown CleanPilot into one of the leading digital cleaning systems in the Nordics. Now the company is entering a new phase, with Driv Kapital as its new growth partner.

Driv Kapital holds around 60 percent of the shares in Datec. The company's founders and management remain as significant owners, holding around 40 percent of the shares. At the same time, Driv Kapital is establishing its own shareholder programme, giving all Datec employees the opportunity to become co-investors in the company on the same terms as Driv itself.
